Home Set Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1986 by Mike and Cyndie Smith. Mike started up this business of setting modular homes to create a company with quality, efficiency, and ethical standards.

Prior to 1986 Mike worked as a set-up, service, and transporter for two local dealers for 5 years. Since then we grew to setting mobile homes on slabs, basements, and multi unit modular homes with a six man crew.  Now with the slowed economy in the mobile / manufactured home business we are still setting but have added relocating and refurbishing to our services.

God has led throughout our years and we want to recognize and praise His name for what He's done.
